Carlton offers a variety of leasing and financing programs for business-essential assets. We fund Finance or Capital Leases, Operating Type Leases, Lease Purchases with Fixed Buy-Out (Balloon) Provisions, and we offer Equipment Lease Lines of Credit. We include options for equipment upgrades and enhancements, equipment trade-ins, multiple-location billing, and payment plans developed around budget requirements.
Our programs, products and services are just the starting point however. We pride ourselves on our flexibility, designing customized programs to meet each of our client’s different needs.
Carlton is flexible in part because we don’t have many of the rules and procedures our clients have found with other leasing and financing companies (particularly the large ones!). Also, because we’re a company of seasoned veterans – our people have been in this business an average of 17 years – we’ve been empowered and encouraged to create products and services that best meet your particular needs.
While our focus is the middle market – transactions that range from $50,000 to $5,000,000 – our clients range from small businesses to large corporate accounts, both in the Twin Cities and across the country.
